One on One session
This program can last between 6 and 10 weeks depending on the goal of the individual. This session includes:
-Evaluating your overall health and wellbeing
-Development of your personalized plan
-Weekly or biweekly sessions
-Daily practice/routine designed specifically for you
Small Group Sessions
This is a semi private and tailor made small group session. This could be a session that combines yoga, nutrition, and life coaching.
You can gather friends, family, and coworkers to have an intimate and true hands-on adjustments semi private session. This could be perfect for those who seek a setting where it is OK to ask lots of questions and truly find out how a pose or sequence may work for them. Very educational!
Corporate Groups/Events
This includes on-site classes and workshops on yoga, stress management, and nutrition. This is a great opportunity to increase stamina, flexibility, overall strength, manage stress, and develop a focused and calm mind. You will learn how to apply the principles of Yoga in order to bring balance and equanimity to your work life.
